DRIVER/EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT
Our Team will connect with each driver to insure all driver inquiries are addressed and handled. Open communication between Driver, Repair Shop, and your Business Representative is key to reducing cost and improving downtime.
Each vehicle will have a windshield sticker, with a direct phone number and website information.
Each driver and business representative will have a Log-In access to the Fleet Management Services website. Where all drivers inquiries will be logged. Logging drivers inquiries/ notes, is one factor FMS uses to reduce cost and downtime. It is a key factor into the business Management aspect.
